The Morris Brothers used to be two common introverted nerds who, one day not long ago, made a serious miscalculation that caused their underground laboratory to blow to smithereens. Their laser-scattering-particle-size analyzer exploded, and what followed was a transformation difficult to comprehend by mortal man. To the brothers, N.E.R.D. now stands for Never Ending Radical Dudes. Somehow, the shock waves from the explosion caused all the information from their laboratory books to be impermiated into their hearts, minds and souls. The brothers now manifested a new gregarious and extroverted personality which they vowed to dedicate to the betterment of mankind. The brothers are “Social Superheroes” out to save the world from boredom, crime, pollution, and any other injustice placed on the human race.

The Adventures of The Morris Brothers – Cartoon series

This animation action/adventure twist to the show occurs when the call comes in from DNA records Headquarters’ to jump to action. The animation also follows the topic of the day. The Morris Brothers use their top secret animation chamber to animate into an exact parallel cartoon universe where they join their band already on the tour bus preparing for their next concert. They travel to schools and auditoriums on their extraordinary tour bus, a complete mobile laboratory on wheels. At each tour stop, the Morris Brothers and their band encounter strange happenings, mysteries and odd occurrences that must be exposed, solved and proven. At the same time, they have a trail of villains constantly attempting to foil their tour, their concerts and wreck havoc at each city they encounter. Each animated segment features The Morris Brothers performing a new song in an animated sequence that flashes back on the episodes adventures. A lesson is always learned in wrapping up the animation.

Primary Target audience: ages 5 -11 & up

The Laboratory

Located deep, deep in the Underground Treehouse, it’s their multi-zoned telecommunications, eco-sphere and “miscellaneous other stuff to save the world” research center. The location of the Laboratory is only known to the President, the CIA, the FBI and DNA Records.

The Show

The Morris Brothers are two N.E.R.D.s who have been transformed into Social Superheroes on a mission to save and rock the entire world. They travel the globe with their rock band, on a never-ending “World Tour.” Each concert stop is also a covert crime-fighting mission. On tour, the brothers meet rival rock bands, evil villains and paranormal interlopers from other dimensions. Tune in to see if the world can be saved, and of course, ROCKED!

Fightin Festus

His name says it all. As the school bully, his name is Festus and he’s a troublemaker. He has been The Morris Brothers tormentor since elementary school. They can’t escape him. Now out of school, Festus works as an evil henchman for the villainous Dr. Klargo. Festus can’t always put two and two together– he’s oversized in body, but not in brain. But what he lacks in brain, he makes up for in heart-he can be kind and just wants to be understood. His favorite saying right before he is about to pounce on his next victim is…… “Don’t make me hit you!”

SCUM

Like the many rival rock bands that The Morris Brothers meet on the road, this is truly the scum of the earth– evil villains bent on disrupting The Morris Brothers “World Tour” and creating havoc in cities around the globe. Their goal is to knock The Morris Brothers off their pedestal and take over the title of “the best rock band in the world.”

The Pretty Boyz

The Pretty Boyz– Nick B., Nick O., Nick Y. and Nick Z– are a rival rock band working for the no-good Dr. Klargo. The era of boy bands phased out (along with the dinosaurs) many years ago, but sadly, the Pretty Boyz have not realized it. They wear the same clothes, talk, walk, dance and sing in complete unison. They’re out to get revenge because DNA Records dropped them from the label, causing fan fallout and bazillions of dollars in endorsements lost forever.

Dr. Klargo

Dr. Klargo is a master villain out to conquer the world with total domination. He is constantly sending out rock bands like Scum and the Pretty Boyz on tour to interfere with The Morris Brothers do-good deeds. He creates havoc and destruction in every city along the way. He is searching for The Morris Brothers’ underground treehouse lab and will stop at nothing to foil their “World Tour.” He was once a tour manager working for DNA Records, but was kicked out and has been out for revenge ever since.

The Tour Bus

Complete with a quasi-convertible satellite uplink, Intel Celeron M processor 970, 22 flat panel monitors, hemi-powered bio-fuel engine and much more, the bus has everything a superhero needs to save the world from evil-doers.

The Tour Manager
